Architectural Standards Committee (ASC)
The Architectural Standards Committee is a committee appointed by the Board of Directors to enforce the Design Guidelines. The Guidelines are updated periodically; there is currently a 2020 edition. The current members of the 2024 Architectural Standards Committee (ASC) are:

If you are looking to get more involved with the English Turn community, there are several committees and clubs from which you can choose:
Board of Directors
The ETPOA Board of Directors is a five-person, volunteer board comprised of residents in good standing who have an interest in the fiduciary duties of the Association. They make the financial decisions for the community and supervise the POA staff. This is an elected position. Elections take place at the Annual Meeting of the Association, within the first quarter of the calendar year. A call for interest is emailed to the community in November/December.
Architectural Standards Committee (ASC)
This five-person committee regulates the architectural standards of the community set forth by the ASC Guidelines. This is an appointed position by the Board of Directors. A call for interest is emailed to the community in November/December. Each appointment is for a one-year period beginning January 1.
Security & Safety Committee
This committee reviews and discusses the POA’s current security coverage and ways to improve safety and security measures. This committee meets in the evening via Zoom the 2nd Tuesday of each month. If you are interested in joining this committee, please email Margeaux at margeaux@englishturnpoa.com and she will add you to the group email list.
Social Committee
The Social Committee plans and assists with POA and POA/Club combined events and welcomes new neighbors at New Resident Club Tours (like this one!) or by taking welcome gifts to new neighbors’ houses. The group typically meets in the evening via Zoom on the 3rd Monday of each month. Garden Club
This resident-run club is, not only for the gardening enthusiast, but for anyone who enjoys luncheons and informative lectures. They also take exciting field trips! The Garden Club usually meets for lunch the 1st Tuesday of the month at the Country Club. A Garden Club membership form is included in your welcome bag.
